Books I read in recent past:
- The Old Man and the Sea – Ernest Hemingway
- A Tale of the Unexpected (and other stories) – Roald Dahl
- Reverse Sweep (Confessions of a Cricket Junkie) – Gautam Bhimani
- Surely You’re Joking, Mr. Feynman – Richard P. Feynman
- Love Story – Erich Segal
- Chariots of the Gods: Was God an Astronaut? – Erich Von Daniken
- Phatik Chand – Satyajit Ray
Ones I gave up mid-way:
- Who says Elephants Can’t Dance
- Freakonomics
- Tipping Point
- India after Independence: 1947-2003
So I've realized that I can read only fiction (almost). Rest, I take up with a lot of enthu, but give up half way. Not good, not good. Also I am learning to read multiple books at a time. So, the ones I am reading now include: The Amul India Story and Satanic Vxxxxs. I do not name the book as I am told it is illegal to even own a copy bought from another country in India. Really? I am surprised that such a thing would happen in India. It is ok to ban from publication and distribution, but banning reading? Daya. I don't think the information is true. However, I am a law-abiding soul, so shall not name what is not to be named :D
